Our trip to Zehrs was fun and educational. Ask your child about alternatives, 'Snappy', and the star system. They were partnered and grouped to go on a treasure hunt for products in the various food groups. This should make them more aware of prices, stars, nutrition, and product placement on shelves.
We wrote letters to Brittany, our fearless tour guide. Later, we painted and arranged vegetation in our dioramas. After agendas, the students always have a work packet to finish over a few weeks' time. We are working on addition right now.
