Good evening!

Today, as a school, we celebrated Terry Fox Day by contributing finances, energy, and excitement. Before we participated, we watched a Youtube video that explained why Terry did his run across Canada only to be stopped in Thunder Bay because the cancer came back and took his life. His legacy is strong, 27 years later. A real life, ordinary hero for everyone to continually remember and honour.

Every day during snack and lunch, we watch Arthur or other book that exemplify the IB Learner Profile.

Tomorrow is our Birthday Celebration. Can't wait for the cake.

Have a lovely weekend.

Good Afternoon!

We continue to work in our Literacy Centres. The students are extremely focused and having fun working with words.

This is from yesterday in French.

We finished our 100's charts skip counting even and odd. We will move on to greatest to least, least to greatest, adding, ordering numbers, greater than/less than.

We read about police officers and how they help us if lost, in danger or needing help.

Pictures will be loaded later today.
