Today, we had our spelling test:
jam, jug, jig, jab, jog, jet, jab, jot - bonus jar, joy
rock, lock, sock, duck, luck, suck, tuck, neck, deck, peck - bonus speck, stuck
In Math, we talked about subtraction. This is not always easy to learn. The students had to draw pictures for beginning, middle, end - 6-2=4
We looked at pictures of dioramas on Google Images and filled out a web of dinosaur needs - water, sun, shelter, other animals, plant life which must be in their diorama presentations. So, for those who did not bring boxes, please do, soon. We will plan where to place everything in the box before we start using construction paper, toys, etc.
Please, also, keep in mind Mexico for International Mindedness Day. Some students have brought in pictures. Everything is due Thursday.
