Good afternoon!
Today, we did a lot of estimating with straws, crayons, cubes, and markers. Then we did more with gold and yellow base ten cubes.
Later, in Language Arts, we worked with our words of the week in our Spelling books after which we did rainbow, stepping, sentences, stories, cut and paste, read the room and read the poem.
For our Unit, we traced a giant D, head, tail, cut triangles and rectangles to assemble Dinosaurs. This was quite the adventure! We read Chapter 2 of Dinosaurs before Dark and met a Pteranodon.
